Step inside a one-of-a-kind, 33,000-square-foot complex packed with the instruments, gear, and technology that shaped modern music. From vintage synthesizers and guitar amps to rare prototypes and iconic artist-used equipment, this is the destination for music lovers, musicians, and gear-heads alike. Located just outside of Philadelphia in Montgomery County, PA, we are within easy driving distance of NYC, Baltimore, and Washington DC.

Hands-On, Not Behind Glass

Unlike traditional museums, we believe instruments should be seen, heard, and experienced. Nothing is locked behind glass. Many pieces in the collection are still playable and are used during:

  • Live video shoots – Be part of the action
  • Concerts & events – Held on-site regularly
  • Workshops & lessons – Learn from the gear that made history

This is a living museum where history is not just preserved — it's performed.

Curated Guided Tours Only

To preserve the intimate and hands-on vibe of the museum, all visits are by guided tour. This ensures a rich, immersive experience with expert insights into the stories behind the gear.

No general admission or self-guided visits are available.
Workshops and special events may not include full museum access.
